Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you of receiving the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43100295) dated (2/7/1443), referring to the letter of the Deputy of the Board of Grievances for Judicial Affairs No. (43/40/43/14236) and dated (17/1/1443).
Concerning the announcement of the Board of Grievances, dated (3/2/1442), about the launch of the service of receiving copies of copies of judgments appended in the executive and final formats electronically, via the Muin electronic platform, and verifying the authenticity of these images electronically through the document verification service via the Muin electronic platform
Therefore, the Union hopes for the kindness of the Chamber’s subscribers that, in the cases, requests and objections before the Diwan courts, it is sufficient to copy the judgments appended to the executive and final forms received from the Ma’in electronic platform, without the need to attend the courts to append the copies.
